The head of the Kosovo Unification Movement (not to be confused with the Self-Determination Movement), Valeong Murati, on June 20 spoke in support of changing the border between Kosovo and Serbia and joining Kosovo of the Presev Valley in Serbia. Markhi Ahtisaari is a Finnish diplomat, the author of a plan to resolve the situation in Kosovo, which received his name. According to Murati, the final agreement between Serbia and Kosovo can be concluded only after East Kosovo joins the province, for which it is necessary to amend its Constitution.
